В Челябинске осужден водитель, расстрелявший из ружья сотрудников ДПС

В Челябинске оглашен приговор в отношении мужчины, расстрелявшего из охотничьего ружья двух сотрудников ГИБДД, один из которых скончался.

Как сообщает РИА «Новый регион», вечером 5 июня прошлого года на автодороге «поселок Вахрушево – село Долгодеревенское» в Красноармейском районе экипаж сотрудников ГИБДД за нарушение правил дорожного движения остановил автомобиль Chevrolet Niva, управляемый пьяным челябинцем. От прохождения освидетельствования на состояние алкогольного опьянения водитель отказался, поэтому инспекторы ГИБДД составили протокол об административном правонарушении. Мужчина был отстранен от управления автомобилем, и инспекторы разъяснили ему, что автомобиль при помощи эвакуатора переместят на спецстоянку. Тогда водитель достал из багажника своего автомобиля охотничье ружье и выстрелил в сотрудников ГИБДД, после чего с места сбежал.

В итоге суд приговорил челябинца к 18 годам лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима. Также назначено дополнительное наказание в виде ограничения свободы в течение 2 лет: после освобождения осужденный без согласия специализированного органа не может менять место жительства, выезжать за пределы муниципалитета, выходить из дома в ночное время, должен являться на регистрацию в специализированный орган два раза в месяц.
